A boat owner in Trivandrum can catch fish, but cannot refuel, repair, or rebuild without travelling for it.
The state is backing its blue economy, and Trivandrum is becoming a port city. But the everyday needs of a working fleet — fuel at the harbour, a yard to repair in, machines that suit the nets actually used here — are still unmet.
These are not ten separate gambles. It is one integrated answer to problems we met at sea ourselves — built from the deck of a boat, not a boardroom.

Aircraft-grade discipline, applied to problems he met with his own nets.
Prince spent eight years as an aircraft mechanic in Trivandrum and Dubai, then five years as a vessel owner and fisherman on this coast. Every venture here began as a problem he hit himself, at sea — not as an idea on paper.

Solve what we lived
Fuel carried by can, nets that cannot be switched, no yard within reach. We build for those, because we paid for them.
Build capability locally
Trivandrum should be able to service and eventually build its own vessels, instead of sending every repair out of the district.
Ventures that feed each other
The yard supports manufacturing. The pump serves the same fleet. The shop and the store supply them both.
Fair to the fishermen
Honest prices, tools they can actually use, and software given free — a good day at sea should not be lost to bad arithmetic.
